nope! you can't get a day off if you are to say you need some quality time alone. you can't have a day off to enjoy the first days of spring. you can't get a day off if the night before was the best you ever had that all you wanted to hold on to that buzz whole day in bed and do nothing else. nope, you can't! none of these is legitimate enough to ask for a day off. but if you have diarrhea, you actually can take a day off or maybe even two. because shitting abnormally ‘somehow’ has a solid legitimacy in professional life. isn't it just fucked up?
